Game Description

Game Control

You control a group of dungeon-raiding heroes, but where in a classical RPG you would control them directly, here the raiders are fully AI-controlled instead. One very important aspect compared to other idle games is the games' focus on fully observable simulation of the games' characters.

Combat isn't abstracted behind menu buttons and number labels, instead you can actually observe your raiders go over to a monster and smack them in the head.

As a player, you take care of loot management, define the equipment and skill builds that the raiders use, unlock upgrades that help your raiders in combat, or assist them with consumable items such as healing potions or damage boosting scrolls. Second Run also added base building which serves as the primary way to unlock new game features during progression.

Learn to Fly

Learn to Fly - Play Idle Game
IdlerLearn to Fly takes the standard incremental style and adds a more involved method of play. The game requires you to fire snowballs at objects at increasing distances with increasing amounts of health. Each destroyed object provides money that can then be spent on upgrading the cannon. The cannon can either be fired manually by clicking or, once the upgrade is purchased, automatically. The game requires the player to aim the cannon, and once set, the autofire continues to fire at the same angle as the last player initiated shot.ResearchThe player is awarded research points by performing simple tasks in the game. These points add up over time and can be spent on specialised upgrades, such as reducing the space between the player and the object or increasing the speed at which projectiles move. Research points are also awarded whenever an achievement is obtained.
