You start on one island, build scout bases to find more. Connect the discovered islands with your central one with railroad bridges, cableways or antennas. All of these transport energy, and multiple connections work as energy multiplier. As soon as your sky empire is strong enough you can challenge yourself and build an airship bait. It will attract airship caravans full of gold.
