Each evolutionary form represents a new level in the game. New upgrades become available, new options in the forge become available, and the missed secrets from the last level are lost and replaced with those of the new level. Evolution is performed by researching the required upgrade (Evolution: Stage X), then activating it. An "Evolve" button presents itself, which enables the player to move on to the next stage.Once evolution is complete, the queen must once again grow to 100% before researching can be started again.SecretsScattered throughout each stage are a number of secret, clickable objects. Each of these provide a small to moderate once off bonus to bots. Once a stage has been passed, the secrets from that stage can no longer be found, thus the achievements attached to them are lost until the game is prestiged and the stage once again attained.LaboratoryThe laboratory can be used to gamble bots in the hope of achieving free bots in return. At first you click gifts and upgrade how many gifts you get per click, but quickly you start buying snowmen for gifts, who in turn produce gifts automatically.While the gameplay is not anything new, similar to clickers heroes and a lot of the other games, the balance is what makes this game stand out. Unlike most of the other idle games, where only the last "unit" is worth upgrading, in Gifts Clicker the "best" unit changes a lot (at first being the last one, but then going back to the first one and moving back and forth), thanks to "super" upgrade at each 250th level, and double upgrade every 10 levels, which makes the game exciting for a long time.The only drawback of the game is bad english translation, but most things are obvious without any text anyway, so this shouldn't stop you from enjoying the game.Recommended!
