The object of the game is to mine resources from planets, while defending yourself against hostile enemies; which include players and NPCs. Or you can just wait and earn passively without clicking, just 2x smaller revenue.All in all, pretty basic idle game. Somewhat enjoyably, but not a lot of new things to discover, so seems to get boring rather quickly.
