The player is represented by a square in the top left portion of the screen inside a platformer display. To collect resources (cubes) the player must stand on the far left section marked as blue. This will produces squares that approach the red rectangle below. As they hit the rectangle, they will be collected. In order to purchase upgrades, the player must collect the marked number in another section of the platformer, then approach that section as the player. This will buy the upgrade. Save the Earth

Clicker, IdlerMouse over aliens to kill them and gain resources/xp. With each successive kill, your resouces/xp per kill rises, giving an incentive to manuall kill aliens. Resources can be spent on purchasing military units to automatically kill aliens for you. Once enough xp has been gained, the player levels up and is rewarded with research points. These can be spent on upgrades to improve the resources per second that military units provide amongst other things.
