Be warned, the command decisions you make will have a profound impact on your game!PersonnelCommanders amplify the effect of your workers by providing them direction. Commanders each have different specialties and can only affect workers in their own department. By training your commanders, you can increase the impact they have on station personnel and decrease the liklihood that the commander will be killed if disaster strikes. You can only have up to four commanders at a time and they are assigned randomly as the story unfolds.Station personnel can be assigned to various departments in Junction Gate to supplement basic resource production. However, station personnel will not be assignable until governmental facilities have been built. Each worker equates to an additional unit of production.Station GovernanceThe Station Governance tab allows you to manage your station's social, military, and economic polices. Each policy will have an affect on your station itself, as well as affecting how the various factions interact with you. To see what a policy does, hover over the text for a description.EconomyThe Economy tab is where you'll manage your finances. As usual for idle games, you can upgrade coin value, jump height, move speed, add more characters to jump etc.There are 2 coins you can earn - yellow and red. Yellow ones are easy ones as they fall out of blocks, but red ones are only given for different achievements and for game resets.While the game is fun at first, it's not very well balanced and you can earn more and more coins very quickly. Their choice for huge number is a bit strange (after trillions/t it goes to AA, AB, AC, ...), but easy to understand. So you will upgrade to some AZ coins very quick and reset is mostly useless as you earn quickly enough not to really need red coins.But overall, this is fun even if for a short time. Enjoy!
