While this total health cannot be upgraded, the player can improve the number of clicks by increasing their defense and offense using skill points, meaning that rats do less damage to the player, and the player kills more rats per click. Furthermore, equipment can modify these figures. If the player's health drops to 1, the player will lose all gold that they have collected up until that point.Mana is awarded once the player has managed to equip a staff. The level of the staff denotes the level of spells that the player can use. Each spell provides a different effect, from increasing the player's attack abilities to preventing the rats from hitting back for a specified period of time.EquipmentThere are 5 equipment slots available to the player: weapon, armour, helmet, staff, and gloves. Each of these provides a bonus to a particular stat. For example, a weapon will increase the damage stat of the player, meaning that more rats can be killed per click. As the player's level increases, so too does the level of items that drop.The player can also collect potions: health and mana. The buildings are unfolded (just like in the Game of Thrones intro :) ) and start generating money or energy. You can upgrade the buildings or attach additional power elements to them. For example, bellows hover around the Windmill and blows to it. And Tax collector flies a zeppelin and grabs coins from the buildings.To let the sun be rotated while the phone is off, connect a planet to it. The planets orbits around the sun and rotate it (yes, in this mechanical world physics works this way! :) ) Also the propeller can be connected to the sun and razes it higher, increasing the energy produced.Floating Islands world introduces discovery mechanics, as well as shooting and looting, besides the common building gameplay. You start on one island, build scout bases to find more. Connect the discovered islands with your central one with railroad bridges, cableways or antennas. All of these transport energy, and multiple connections work as energy multiplier. The more energy gets to the central island the more money is produced by the Bank.Build Oil Wells, Windmills and Lightning chargers to generate more energy on the islands. As soon as your sky empire is strong enough you can challenge yourself and build an airship bait. It will attract airship caravans full of gold. Strategically locate cannons and Tesla guns on their way to destroy and loot them.Combine available elements in all the worlds well to boost your income and to become a millionaire. To succeed you should to think as a scientist, explorer, engineer, tycoon or a spark!There are also some secret ways to earn more money in the game in active and idle modes: will you find them all? At first you click gifts and upgrade how many gifts you get per click, but quickly you start buying snowmen for gifts, who in turn produce gifts automatically.While the gameplay is not anything new, similar to clickers heroes and a lot of the other games, the balance is what makes this game stand out. Unlike most of the other idle games, where only the last "unit" is worth upgrading, in Gifts Clicker the "best" unit changes a lot (at first being the last one, but then going back to the first one and moving back and forth), thanks to "super" upgrade at each 250th level, and double upgrade every 10 levels, which makes the game exciting for a long time.The only drawback of the game is bad english translation, but most things are obvious without any text anyway, so this shouldn't stop you from enjoying the game.Recommended!
