The resources can be viewed in the Resources Panel in the upper right of your screen. Commanders each have different specialties and can only affect workers in their own department. You can only have up to four commanders at a time and they are assigned randomly as the story unfolds.Station personnel can be assigned to various departments in Junction Gate to supplement basic resource production. However, station personnel will not be assignable until governmental facilities have been built.
