This system takes the first layer of buildings, referred to as "Tier 1", and allows them to be created automatically by the second, "Tier 2". These are in turn created automatically by the third "Tier 3" and so on. The first tier of buildings are the ones that actually affect the game, income per click, income per second, and tick time, where the higher tiers simply increase the number of the lower tiers owned at any one time.Upgrades can be bought to further improve the impact of these buildings, meaning more per second by a predefined amount. The game requires you to fire snowballs at objects at increasing distances with increasing amounts of health. Each destroyed object provides money that can then be spent on upgrading the cannon. The cannon can either be fired manually by clicking or, once the upgrade is purchased, automatically. The game requires the player to aim the cannon, and once set, the autofire continues to fire at the same angle as the last player initiated shot.ResearchThe player is awarded research points by performing simple tasks in the game. These points add up over time and can be spent on specialised upgrades, such as reducing the space between the player and the object or increasing the speed at which projectiles move. Research points are also awarded whenever an achievement is obtained.
