The barren and dusty planet below is Ninevah, about half the size Earth was before the Burning.ResourcesAs you first start out, you'll need to quickly gather resources to survive. The resources can be viewed in the Resources Panel in the upper right of your screen. Each resource functions slightly differently, and some can even go negative, so it's important to keep an eye on them during all stages of the game.There are 7 resources currently available:OreHelium3AirFoodCreditsEnergyPopulationTo produce more resources, you'll need to construct various facilities appropriate for each resource.CommandThe Command tab is where you manage Junction Gate's personnel and policies. Much of this functionality won't be present until you build governmental facilities. Be warned, the command decisions you make will have a profound impact on your game!PersonnelCommanders amplify the effect of your workers by providing them direction. Commanders each have different specialties and can only affect workers in their own department. By training your commanders, you can increase the impact they have on station personnel and decrease the liklihood that the commander will be killed if disaster strikes. You can only have up to four commanders at a time and they are assigned randomly as the story unfolds.Station personnel can be assigned to various departments in Junction Gate to supplement basic resource production. However, station personnel will not be assignable until governmental facilities have been built. Each worker equates to an additional unit of production.Station GovernanceThe Station Governance tab allows you to manage your station's social, military, and economic polices. Each policy will have an affect on your station itself, as well as affecting how the various factions interact with you. To see what a policy does, hover over the text for a description.EconomyThe Economy tab is where you'll manage your finances. As you progressively upgrade your facilities, you'll have access to investment funds, a stock market, and even a casino.InvestmentsEach level of investment will allow you to earn credits interest at set intervals based on the amount invested.Stock MarketOnce the stock market has been unlocked, you'll be able invest in corporations across the Commonwealth. Here are a few keys to investment:ScienceBuilding scientific facilities will allow you to perform research. It has a small twist in that when you click any building, it starts generating 2x revenue per second, but it cools down in a few seconds, so you have to keep clicking on each building to get 2x bonus. Or you can just wait and earn passively without clicking, just 2x smaller revenue.All in all, pretty basic idle game. Click on the product icon to speed up production, click Sell All to sell your storage and Upgrade/Downgrade on the left to change the production level.You can buy multiple upgrades at once by holding down shift/control:* Shift: x10* Control: x50* Shift + Control: MaximumOn the left side you see your vendors and researchs.Research happens automatically even when your offline. Invest money in more research points/second to speed it up.Vendors can be used to automatically sell items at the end of an item’s production cycle. You can distribute them in an item’s production detail panel next to the sell button.On the right side you see your current modifiers and active bonuses. You get a free bonus every 24 hours, so be sure to check back everyday. Some modifiers are also affected by permanent achievement advantages.In the top bar you can reset your game progress, which is the only way to advance to a higher level. When you do this, you will lose your current savings, your built production units and your researches., but you will keep all achievements, active bonuses, bought vendors and research point investments.You can reset the game at any time, but you will only advance to a higher level, when you earned enough points for the level. You get 1 point for each order of magnitude of your current money above your current level minus one (e.g. 1.0E12 and level 3: 12 – 2 = 10 points)
