SPACEPLAN is an experimental piece of interaction based partly on a total misunderstanding of Stephen Hawking’s A Brief History of Time. Use manual clicks and the passage of time to create and launch potato-based devices and probes from your nondescript satellite orbiting a mysterious planet. Unlock the mysteries of the galaxy or just kill some time in what the astrophysics community is calling the ‘best narrative sci-fi clicker game of all times’.

They will provide an income of bots, which can then be used to improve other aspects of the game.The QueenThe queen is important to gameplay in that it can help you either gather bots or research. Both of these things are vital to progress further in the game. The queen, at certain points in the game, can evolve into a larger being, providing more and more bonuses.Implants can be crafted and applied to the queen during the game to boost the queen's effects. ResearchResearching is completed by the queen once it is available. The queen must be set to research specific upgrades one at a time. Once they have been researched, they need to be manually activated before their effects are applied.EvolutionThis is a staging mechanic that allows you to progress through the game in set stages. Each evolutionary form represents a new level in the game. Evolution is performed by researching the required upgrade (Evolution: Stage X), then activating it. An "Evolve" button presents itself, which enables the player to move on to the next stage.Once evolution is complete, the queen must once again grow to 100% before researching can be started again.SecretsScattered throughout each stage are a number of secret, clickable objects. Each of these provide a small to moderate once off bonus to bots. Once a stage has been passed, the secrets from that stage can no longer be found, thus the achievements attached to them are lost until the game is prestiged and the stage once again attained.LaboratoryThe laboratory can be used to gamble bots in the hope of achieving free bots in return.
