The player is represented by a square in the top left portion of the screen inside a platformer display. To collect resources (cubes) the player must stand on the far left section marked as blue. In order to purchase upgrades, the player must collect the marked number in another section of the platformer, then approach that section as the player. This will buy the upgrade. The mage, as above, kills goblins as they approach, while the craftsman ensure that any damage to the walls are mended.
