This opens up the abilities of that particular character, providing a new layer of strategy in the game.MonstersSimilar to the previous game, monsters populate the world and are a way for the player to gain better loot as well as experience. This is circumvented by providing the option of an auto-upgrade button that will automatically select the best items available and apply them to the character.Each character has a specific set of items unique to them. Each item in turn can only be applied to a single adventurer, meaning an item that might be good for one character, cannot be used by another.
