IdlerThis is a prototype of a three resource evolution based game. Your resources are gold, DNA, and creatures. The more creatures you have, the more gold you can produce. This balance is controlled by a slider, whereby you can balance the generation of creatures vs gold. DNA is produced whenever a creature mutates, and is handled randomly. It can be spent on upgrades that can change the course of the game in several ways.

Click on the product icon to speed up production, click Sell All to sell your storage and Upgrade/Downgrade on the left to change the production level.You can buy multiple upgrades at once by holding down shift/control:* Shift: x10* Control: x50* Shift + Control: MaximumOn the left side you see your vendors and researchs.Research happens automatically even when your offline. Invest money in more research points/second to speed it up.Vendors can be used to automatically sell items at the end of an item’s production cycle. You can distribute them in an item’s production detail panel next to the sell button.On the right side you see your current modifiers and active bonuses. You get a free bonus every 24 hours, so be sure to check back everyday. Some modifiers are also affected by permanent achievement advantages.In the top bar you can reset your game progress, which is the only way to advance to a higher level. When you do this, you will lose your current savings, your built production units and your researches., but you will keep all achievements, active bonuses, bought vendors and research point investments.You can reset the game at any time, but you will only advance to a higher level, when you earned enough points for the level. You get 1 point for each order of magnitude of your current money above your current level minus one (e.g. 1.0E12 and level 3: 12 – 2 = 10 points)

Your assignment is constructing new habitats on extraterrestrial planets for the betterment of humanity. In this role you’re in charge of building and improving unique sectors of the habitats as well as managing off-world research departments dedicated to advancing humankind’s prosperity in the universe!Upgrade your planet’s sectors, install extensions, and perform system updates to advance humankind faster and further than ever before!You mostly do this via the bottom button on each sector. The upgrade multiplier button just to the right of the wealth bar at the top of the screen allows you to make improvements to each sector in bulk.The number on the specialist map panel indicates your current recruits. Request a planetary reassignment to convert them into specialists. Specialists always give an inherent output bonus, but can also be assigned to nodes in the specialist map, increasing your performance even further!The statistics panel can be a helpful tool in determining what sectors you might be interested in improving next. The bar chart is a normalized representation of the output per second of each sector. The smallest being the lowest per second, the largest being the highest per second, and all the other proportionately in between.Clicking the cog icon in the upper-left corner will open the settings menu. It provides a simple interface comprised of a number of progress bars, each representing a different type of resource. The player must gather enough money to hire a number of workers to produce raw materials, then hire several more workers to sell products made of those materials. It's a careful balancing game designed to make you decide which resource is more important to make the biggest profit.The PremiseIn Progress Bars, your goal is to run an international conglomerate company and make oodles of cash. To accomplish this, you're gonna need some workers. But before that, you'll need some cold, hard cash.Making MoneyClick the Earn Money button to start generating income.Once you have enough money, buy your first Worker.Put this worker on wood-gathering duty by clicking the + button next to Wood.Watch! The worker will slowly gather wood, increasing your supply.Now get a few more workers and allocate them to Wood and Forest.You'll notice that Wood will get a 2x synergy bonus. This happens when you have some supply of Forest when your workers gather Wood.After a little while, you'll unlock Commodity Sales.
