One very important aspect compared to other idle games is the games' focus on fully observable simulation of the games' characters.Combat isn't abstracted behind menu buttons and number labels, instead you can actually observe your raiders go over to a monster and smack them in the head.As a player, you take care of loot management, define the equipment and skill builds that the raiders use, unlock upgrades that help your raiders in combat, or assist them with consumable items such as healing potions or damage boosting scrolls. Second Run also added base building which serves as the primary way to unlock new game features during progression.

ClickerAn in-depth cryptocurrency based game in which you trade and mine various coins using the profits to buy more mining power while researching in different areas to unlock new options or improve existing ones.CurrenciesThere are a number of currencies available to the player. The player will start out with Money, Bitcoins, and Litecoins, and will be required to improve their rigs for mining to earn these currencies. They can be traded at a cost of exchange to convert one currency to the next, giving the player the option to choose which currency they want to focus on. Some currencies are produced at a higher rate for example, but are worth far less.

Basically an idle gameplay based on Adventure Capitalist, but with a lot of additional features:* Hire a champion, which gives you unique boosts (each champion has it's own set of multipliers). Each champion also give you magic, which you can use to temporary incease certain things (such as building gold generation speed or click revenue multiplier).* University, which lets you research different upgrades based on "Knowledge", which buildings randomly give you along with gold.* Raids, which let you earn different special items as long as permanent boosts to all buildings revenue.* Artifacts, which also give you different boosts.Overall, this is a well polished idle game with good gameplay value worth your time.
